The hotel had a convenient location near the waterfront restaurants and offered a great view of the NYE fireworks. The friendly and welcoming staff were a definite highlight. However, the room had some accessibility issues, and the morning coffee was served cold.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right on the esplanade, and the Hilton Honors room I stayed in was top-notch.
